I understand what you're saying.
I hope my awkwardness in seeing you yesterday did not promote this feeling. I was being pulled in another direction and couldn't completely connect.
I so understand what you're saying here though, all too well. Maybe that's why I love you so much.

That is SO neat- everything about it. I'm glad you stopped her to talk to her & she was so responsive & that you have the support of that community. Your baby boy is totally adorable!!!
Several months ago we were at a restaurant and there was a lady there with a few children and I think probably her parents. Her baby had Down's and was so beautiful!!!! Seriously, a little DOLL! She was SOOOOOOO loved on. They were just talking to her, holding her up & the baby was so responsive. It was just super sweet. I just loved it. I have a feeling your lil' guy's loved like that too. :)

I am so sorry to hear about your loss! It sounds like it was a great one and I'm sure your aunt will be missed. That's too bad how it all happened and I think that even if you had told her she didn't look healthy, it wouldn't have mattered, except that it may have put a bit of a wedge in the relationship.
HUGS!

I was just thinking the other day how grateful I was that my grandparents did not divorce, even though my grandfather was quite the thoughtless husband. He took my grandma for granted in so many ways, yet she stayed. And even though he wasn't the most thoughtful person, I loved him immensely. My grandma's choice to love her husband has blessed my life so completely and fully, and they were grandparents, not parents.
I think it is sad that we (me) often do not think of the repercussions of our actions, either for the good or for the bad. We just do what we feel like doing.
Divorce is an extreme case of this. The repercussions of that couple's choice will reverberate for generations. I'm glad I'm not their grandchild.

Since I have your feed on feedreader, I never check your blog until it tells me you have something new. I'll wait patiently for your sparse bits and glimmers of life.

We have had several ant invasions this year. One night I was mesmerized and watched them for an hour. It was only until I studied their ways diligently that I was able to stop the invasion.
Right now we have larger ants. They do not behave like the others. I need to study them as well.

There is much to learn from the ant, but I find there is much to learn from all of nature. Each lesson as unique as the creation itself. The only way that I learn the lessons is by experience or study, rarely by a mere glance. Diligent like the ant is how all must be attended to. The diligence I've learned from nature is different than the diligence I was taught. It is more in how things are viewed and carefully attended to than how much I get done. Still learning. :)

Much love to you,
amanda

I love the picture.
We are experientially linked beings, aren't we? I'm so glad God placed this woman in the store for you, as I'm sure He will use your experiences to help many others. There is such a larger purpose in His plan than we can ever grasp. I can't wait one day to see it all laid out. How in awe we will be, eh?
